DOJ in Madison Wisconsin Take Fresh Look at Cold Case

Wisconsin DOJ Looking into Cold Cases

Seek Leads in Beating Death of Woman

By: Joseph Giacalone

A retired FBI Agent working with the Department of Justice is taking a fresh look into the beating death of a woman more than 20 years ago. On November 17, 1989, 60 year old Dorothy Raczkowski was brutally murdered.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice is investigating the case, however, a trend that we are seeing more and more: police departments are expanding volunteer investigators to help with the glut of cold cases.

There is a reward in this case. Anyone with information of this case is asked to call Adams County Wisconsin Crime Stoppers at: 1-877-524-5846. All callers are kept confidential.
